Mobile Treatment Composite Panel Camper System
An example of our composite panel system assembly process is outlined in six steps from start to finish. These steps demonstrate the process we follow to turn a composite panel into a custom engineered composite panel system. At stage six, the finished product is ready to fit and function in our customer’s final product assembly as a mobile medical treatment centre.

Step 1 To begin, a composite panel is installed into the assembly fixture to create a floor and riser for the unit.
Step 2 Next, the front and rear panels are installed.
Step 3 The walls and seats for the camper system are installed.
Step 4 Next, the roof assembly is installed.
Step 5 Just prior to completion, the corner caps are installed.
Step 6 The completed camper system is ready to fit and function in our customer’s final product assembly as a mobile Medical Treatment Centre.
